As a "mass production expert" in the metal processing field, metal stamping technology is breaking traditional production bottlenecks through mold upgrading and equipment innovation. For hard-to-process materials such as high-strength steel plates, hot stamping technology heats the material to 900℃ before stamping, reducing part forming force by 40% and controlling springback within 0.5mm, solving the problem of easy cracking in cold stamping.
The expansion of application scenarios shows its industrial value. In the automotive industry, about 30% of vehicle metal parts rely on stamping, including chassis crossbeams and seat frames. Ultra-high strength steel door anti-collision beams manufactured by hot stamping technology have a tensile strength of 1500MPa, which can reduce passenger compartment deformation during collisions. In the home appliance field, fins of refrigerator condensers are processed by micro-stamping technology, with fin spacing controlled within 1mm, increasing heat exchange efficiency by 20%. Even in the new energy battery field, stamped battery casings can achieve 0.3mm thin-wall uniformity, meeting both lightweight and sealing requirements.
Technological development focuses on intelligence and greenization. Intelligent stamping production lines are equipped with visual inspection systems, which can real-time identify part dimensional deviations and surface defects with detection accuracy of 0.01mm, reducing defective rate to 0.5‰. The energy recovery system of servo presses can convert braking energy into electrical energy, reducing energy consumption by 30% compared with traditional equipment. In the future, with the optimization of stamping parameters by AI algorithms and the maturity of carbon fiber composite stamping technology, metal stamping will achieve coordinated development of "high speed, precision and low consumption", continuing to lead the mass manufacturing track.
