Before the production

We will provide material report from suppliers of raw materials on customers’ request. Usually, we will use spectrometer and other equipment to detect the composition of the product before the dimensional inspection. And therefore, we gurantee that the strength, hardness can meet the customers' demands.

During the production

Our advanced equipment will automatically conduct simulation drills, calibrate the position of materials in real time during the production, and automatically report errors for inappropriate operations. The cost we invested in the equipment in the early stage has greatly reduced the risk of workpiece scrapping and saved us money as well as time. The operator will also regularly check all workpieces, compare the drawings and workpieces to see if there are any deviations during the machining. At the same time, our employees work 24/7 in 2 shifts to prevent any accidents during the production process.

Before the delivery

All workpieces will undergo 3D inspection according to customer requirements to ensure that the appearance and function of the workpieces meet customer requirements. Including the quantity, structure, tolerance, post-processing, and physical properties such as strength of the workpiece. Considering the risks of long-distance transportation of workpieces, we adopt many protection ways on workpieces through packaging, such as copy paper, stretch film, sealed bags, anti-static bags, foam and blister trays.
