Product Description

The rotor blades of military UAVs, as the core components of the propulsion system, directly determine flight performance. We utilize internationally leading 5-axis CNC machining technology to overcome the challenges of precision manufacturing on complex surfaces, strictly controlling impeller surface deviations within ±0.02 mm. This ensures that the airflow channels are mirror-smooth, significantly improving compression efficiency.

Three-dimensionally twisted blades are formed in a single operation through 5-axis linkage machining, balancing structural strength and lightweight requirements. Aviation-grade materials combined with military-grade surface treatments provide dual assurance for sustained and stable UAV propulsion. Custom development is supported to meet the stringent requirements of different UAV models.

The essence of military UAV turbine blade manufacturing lies in: complex aerodynamic surfaces + hard-to-machine materials + high-speed dynamic balancing + high-temperature/fatigue reliability control. Ordinary fan blades are more akin to precision surface components, whereas micro turbojet/turbofan hot-end turbine blades approach the manufacturing standards of aircraft engine components. This involves high-temperature alloys, precision casting or additive manufacturing, 5-axis machining, surface treatments, and rigorous inspection.
